Connie Richards made a motion to open the meeting Penny McFarland 2nd the motion at 6:40pm in the AHS Field House

·  PROGRAM UPDATE: The Cheerleaders are meeting their goals and exceeding them.

Carolyn Berry made motion to accept Financial Report, 2nd by Kristi Ramon

·  FUNDRAISING UPDATE: Theresa Posten will be ordering membership t-shirts for the July 21st parent meeting

·  Mark Castillo & Holly Gum are looking for sponsors for camp t-shirts, camp footballs and Jr. High & AYA game night towels.

·  JR HIGH & AYA Update: Mark Castillo is working with Jr. High Coaches and AYA Board getting the information out to them regarding upcoming events, camp, Jr. High & AYA game, and Sept 12th Varsity Practice @ AYA
