- I have been working at Gulf Research Center for more than twelve (12) years.

- I was managing and coordinating the contents related work at the Dubai based Gulf Research Center and with our branches in the following locations:

The main responsibilities were the following:

1.  Managing and supervising website content related work in terms of searching for different type of contents- articles, research papers, reports, presentations, facts and figures, statements, interviews, academic articles, press articles…etc. pertaining to the gulf political and strategic subjects in order to build up GRC research database and research domains on the institution website. Special emphasize is given to research programs, as we have various research categories such as gulf international and regional relations, GCC political systems, civil society and human rights, political social movements, defense and security, terrorism, energy, economy, and social issues. Those programs are constitute the core of GRC interest, so, I'm supervising the content postings process on the website as well as conducting continuous following up in terms of revising, editing and updating the contents.

2.  Collaboration with think-tanks and research organizations is pivotal in our work as we have signatories agreements with a number of institutions and research think tanks worldwide such as International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) in London, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Rand Corporation in Washington D.C., the European Commission, the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS), FRIDE, ...etc. we also have cooperation with regional academic institutions and research centers like King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Institute of Diplomatic Studies, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait University, Qatar University, The Bahrain Center for Strategic, International and Energy Studies...etc. The areas of cooperation encompass joint research; convening conferences; re-publication; as well as sharing of relevant databases.

3.  Assisting the researchers through training them to use the website research database to fulfill their research related work.

4.  I have participated in organizing a lot of Gulf Research Center conferences, workshops, seminars and lectures in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, and Jeddah). Similarly, I have participated in the organization of Gulf Research Meeting (GRM) for the years 2011, 2014, 2015- this event is being held annually at the University of Cambridge, UK in cooperation with Gulf Research Center, Cambridge which is an affiliate of the Gulf Research Center, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

5.  Managing and supervising the Gulf Research Center media related work. I'm supervising the Arabic news website and media related issues in terms of publishing, editing and updating the news constantly on daily basis. Moreover, I'm managing the media staff that working on the news portal on the institution website. Moreover, I'm Managing and coordinating the Gulf Research Center page and contents on Social media networks that include face book, twitter, and YouTube.

I was responsible basically for publishing research papers and policy analysis as well as policy briefs that pertaining to the gulf studies on the website and update the research programs constantly. I was supervising the data entry staff that was working at GRC website.

·  Website Content Manager, Gulf Research Center office in Jordan (January 2006- October 2010).

I was managing the contents related work at the office which is an affiliate to Dubai based Gulf Research Center. This office supports Gulf Research Center objectives in terms of hiring researchers and data entry staff; and gives them the required training. I was supervising the staff that was working on different areas of GRC research programs in both Arabic and English.

I had worked as lecturer at the political science department. I was teaching different courses in politics and international relations such as introduction to political science, comparative politics, international relations theories, and contemporary political systems.

·  Head of Political Studies Department, the Arab Institute for Research and Strategic Studies (AIRSS), Amman, Jordan (2003 - 2004).

The main responsibilities were the following:

1.  I have participated in establishing the Institute in terms of outline the structure, aims and objectives, and identified research departments as well as research projects and topics that should be handled by the researchers in different areas.

2.  I have organized various events such as seminars, meetings, symposiums, and lectures.

The main responsibilities -in brief- were the following:

I had organized a lot of events (more than 60 events) like conferences, workshops, seminars and lectures in Abu Dhabi. The core of the work was to suggest different topics pertaining to the political, economic, social, security, energy, and defense issues that have ramifications on the GCC and the gulf region as a whole. This process was including the selection of well known academic and intellectual names and researchers to participate in such events. In addition, I was writing and editing the events transcripts before it gets published either online or in a printed materials. Moreover, I was coordinating between conferences department and media and publication departments.

Publications:

I wrote more than 11 articles on different strategic issues published (electronically and hard copy) in "Araa" Magazine-a journal being issued by Gulf Research Center-Dubai.
