Chairman’s Address
Good evening everyone and Welcome to the Arklow Bay Hotel for our First “Christmas Showstoppers”. Naoimh and Martina have put together a wonderful show, which I’m sure you will all enjoy. The cast has been working tirelessly for the past 8 weeks and is now ready to perform. I would like to say a special thanks to Tina and the staff of The Arklow Bay Hotel, Padraig on Lights, Jim and Crew on the Door, Eoin on Sound, Sr. Sior and the Community of St Mary’s College. I must also say a special thanks to Nick Yeomans for all his I.T help and track editing. We are delighted to have Darren, John and Anthony Fogarty and P Boland Ltd back as our Main Sponsor this year. Thank you for all the support you have given us over the years and Thanks to all our sponsors and our audiences who support us year after year. We couldn’t do it without your help and best wishes.
“Seussical” is our main show to be staged in St Marys College at Easter. It is a magical family musical which contains the characters from the Fables of Dr Seuss such as “The Cat In The Hat”, “The Grinch” and “Horton The Elephant”. “Seussical” will be Directed by Bill Stafford, Musically Directed by Mairead Mc Kenna and Choreographed by Martina Lynch.
