Antoinette Beenders is acclaimed for her originality, creativity and vision, her stunning images elevate hairdressing to an art form. Today she splits her time between the USA and Europe and has a great vision of hairdressing on the global arena. Originally trained with Trevor Sorbie in London (Antoinette is Dutch and came to the UK specifically to work with Sorbie), she is now responsible for the creative image of Aveda. Tim Hartley is one of the world's greatest hairdressers. After a 30 year career at Vidal Sassoon culminating in his renowned role as International Creative Director Tim has left the corporate world to concentrate on his own stunning visions of hair design. For more than 30 years he's been inspiring generations of young hairdressers with his passionate approach to hair, cutting edge aesthetic and technical expertise. This exemplary work was recognised by mentor and friend Sassoon Creative Director Christopher Brooker and Tim was made a regional art director. It was around this time that Tim began to develop his signature style - a series looks which reflected his love of twentieth century design from the Bauhaus, the cradle of modernism in the 1920’s, through the genius of Italian designer Gio Ponti in the 1950s to the work of architect Rem Koolhuis today. Since the late 1980s Tim's place in the pantheon of hairdressing has been assured and he continues to travel internationally to great acclaim courted by professionals, picking up awards and inspiring hairdressers with his genuine passion for the craft and his innate understanding of the cultural significance of hair. Angelo Seminara Angelo Seminara, as its name suggests is of Italian origin but lives abroad for a long time. Great world-renowned hair stylist, he is the inspiration for many of his colleagues. Protagonist of the largest international events of the hair, it was recognized "Best British Hairdresser of the Year" in 2007 and 2010. He worked behind the scenes of the prestigious fashion shows for Chanel, Hermes, Vivienne Westwood, Valentino, Dolce e Gabbana among others and has worked with stars of the caliber of Naomi Campbell, Ringo Star, Kate Bush, which earned him a excellent reputation. Nature is his inspiration and his motto is "treat the hair as a fabric shape." This philosophy and his passion and creativity led him to search for new styles and new expressions. His primary objective is to regain the original beauty of the hair. And sometimes the result is surprising and hairstyles created are considered true masterpieces of art. Angelo Seminara now offers his talent and skills to Davines (tricologiques products) which he became the artistic director. His colloboration aims to give birth to new creations inspired by nature and in the context of sustainable beauty.

Eugene Souleiman has that European charm about him, and you can't help but notice his artistic air. His career started out in 1982, when a job placement center landed him a chance to become an apprentice to a hairdresser. He learned the Sassoon technique from working closely with Trevor Sorbie for nearly a decade, but soon after he started created his unique style. He's been the Vidal Sassoon Editorial Director and has also served as Creative Director for Tecni.Art/L'Oreal Professionnel. He's now the Wella Professionals Global Creative Director for Care and Styling. You can see his work coming down many of the runway shows at Fashion Week like Alexander McQueen, Dolce & Gabbana, Yohji Yamamoto and even Chanel. Serge Normant Serge Normant is one of the leading hairstylists in the fashion industry today. Harper's Bazaar, W, Allure, and Vogue to name a few regularly book Normant for cover sittings and fashion and beauty stories. He has worked with some of the most respected photographers in the industry, including Richard Avedon, Michael Thompson, Patrick Demarchelier, Steven Meisel, Herb Ritts, Craig McDean, Irving Penn, James Moore, Carter Smith, Annie Lebovitz, Satoshi Saikusa and Richard Burbridge. Serge began his career in Paris at the Bruno Pittini Salon, and then moved to work with him in New York while pursuing freelance work. He has worked with an extensive range of advertising clients, including Chanel, Estée Lauder, Clairol, L'Oreal, Revlon, Neutrogena, Lancome, Pantene, Ralph Lauren, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Celine, and Yves Saint Laurent. He has led the hairstyling teams for the fashion shows of designers such as Ralph Lauren, Valentino, Christian Lacroix, Oscar de la Renta, Carolina Herrera, Donna Karan, Sonia Rykiel and L'Wren Scot

Hairstylist Errol Douglas is among the cream of the hairdressing industry and a favourite among clients and industry peers alike. Renowned for his stunning photographic work, Errol has won several of the world’s most coveted awards. He has been nominated 13 times for British Hairdresser of the Year, winner of the Afro category three times, winner of the Black Beauty/Wahl Awards’ Stylist of the Year, overall AIPP Grand Trophy winner, the Fellowship for British Hairdressing’s Hairdresser of the Year, the Fellowship Gold Salon Consumer Award (2 consecutive years), Creative Head Media Darling of the Year, British Master Award at the Australian Hair Fashion Awards ceremony, and Most Wanted Hair Trend 2009. In addition, 2008 saw Errol awarded an MBE for services to hairdressing – an exciting acknowledgement of his work educating and nurturing new talent within the industry. For 30 years Mark Hayes has been inspiring young hairdressers at Sassoon with his passionate approach to hair and his technical expertise. Mark's signature style - a series of pared-down looks reflecting his love of modernist art and architecture - puts him at the forefront of global hair design, and his role as International Creative Director takes him all over the world coaching, teaching and inspiring. He has ultimate responsibility for the renowned Seasonal Sassoon collections, eagerly anticipated by those wanting to know the future of fashionable hair, and has been instrumental in the launch of the company's latest innovation, Sassoon Professional. When Mark first joined Sassoon in the 1970s his ambition was to be part of the creative team; as he put it, "They were perfectionists who were totally committed to producing the very best. They upheld the values that really mattered to me, and for which Sassoon has now become world famous." Under Mark's direction the team is going from strength to strength: "At the moment we're deriving inspiration from the relationship between architecture and hair, the rhythmic shapes of nature and every aspect of international design and fashion. Akin Konizi is co-director and creative force behind the successful hob salon group. Akin’s vision has brought hob salons to the forefront of the industry and in 2005, Akin was awarded London Hairdresser of the Year at the British Hairdressing Awards. This was Akin’s first nomination for British Hairdresser of the Year. Since then, Akin has achieved outstanding success in the prestigious awards. Allen Ruiz has worked with Aveda for more than 18 years, collaborating on the Company’s global campaigns, education collections, and manufacturer advisory panels. Allen has received several awards for his excellence, including “2007 Hair Dresser of the Year” and recently, Latina Magazine’s “Top Ten Latino Hair Stylists in America.” He was a presenter at both the 2002 Aveda Congress Festival and the 2001 American Excellence Awards. Today, Allen is has gained global respect as both an artist and inspirational educator in the hairdressing industry. His technical skills, creativity, and commitment to helping other artists grow have led him to become an extremely well-rounded Purefessional, capable of delivering uniquely customized education.

Guido Palau is one of the world's most inventive and conceptual hair stylists, known for taking traditional styles and giving them a rebellious twist. Collaborating regularly with fashion photographers Steven Meisel and David Sims, Guido has shaped the world of fashion for the past twenty years along with designers, advertisers, and editorial publications. Annie Humphreys respectively a director of colour and technical research, for more than two decades, she was one of the company’s innovators, top-line educator and best-known stage faces. Annie made color fun and accessible, with everything from paint rollers to cake icers. As the force behind the Sassoon message and interpreters of its education, she profoundly influenced trends, techniques and how they were taught.
