Day/time Mondays 3.15-4.15pm
Dates 24th April to 17th July 2017 (excluding Mondays 1st and 29th May half term; 5th and 12th June) – 9 weeks in total.
Ages For boys and girls in school years 3-6
Cost £27 for all 9 weeks (or £13.50 with a HDC Leisure Access Card)

General Notes

(2) LAC = HDC Leisure Access Card for children/families on a low income. Ring 07756811308 for further information.
(3) If child joins after programme started charging will be pro-rata (ie only for remaining sessions in the term)
(4) Postal bookings will NOT be confirmed as a matter of procedure – you will only be contacted if there is a problem (eg your child has not gained a place). If you would like to receive a confirmation you will need to send a stamped addressed envelope in with your booking form

Please enclose relevant cheque for payment (payable to ‘Horsham District Council’) and send to Deborah Young, Sports Development, Parkside, Chart Way, Horsham, RH12 1RL. Booking deadline is always 3 days before the stated start date although bookings midway through a course will still be accepted (paying on a pro-rata basis) if there are spare places.
