PRE-ENTRIES: Open April 1, 2012 and must be postmarked by Monday, May 7, 2012.

Day of Show Entry entries:Friday: 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday: 7:00a.m. to 7:30a.m.

Make checks payable to: ASC of AZ. All entries must be complete (with agreement on back & signed) or they will be refused. All dogs over 6 months of age must have ASCA registration number on entry form. Please use the current ASCA form only. Form can be found at

  • Day of show entries for out-of-state exhibitors must be paid by cash, travelers check or money order.

REFUND POLICY

Full refunds will ONLY be given for entries through close of pre-entry. NO refunds will be given once Day of Show entries have closed. To qualify for a refund, owner or owner's representative must contact the SHOW COORDINATOR (or the Coordinator's official designee) prior to close of entry date. Other club members are NOT authorized to grant refunds. Entry fees will not be returned if the show cannot be opened or completed due to riots, civil disturbances,acts of God, public emergencies or other events beyond the control of ASC of AZ. Entry fees will not be refunded if the dog is absent, disqualified, excused, or barred from competition bythe show committee, ASCA, or the judge.

$25.00 SERVICE CHARGE ON ALL RETURNED CHECKS - CHECKS NOT HONORED BY THE BANK DO NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID ENTRY.

JUNIORS: Pee Wee & Sub Juniors (no further competition), 8 - 12 & 13 - 17 (Divided into Novice & Open). Class winners to compete for Best Jr. Handler and Reserve Jr. Handler

NON REG:2 - 4 & 4 - 6 months (divided by sex) class winners to compete for BOB & BOS Puppy

ALTERED &6 - 9, 9 - 12, 12 - 18, Novice, Am. Bred, Bred By Exhibitor, Open Blue Merle, Open Red

INTACT:Merle, Open Black Tri, Open Red (divided by sex). Class winners to compete for Winners Dog or Winners Bitch; Winners Dog and Winners Bitch will compete with Specials for BOB

Ring Surface: Dawna is planting seed for a grassy ring surface.

RV Parking:RV overnight parking is available and will be in the north side of the main arena; cost is $10 per night and is dry camping only. There are no full hook ups available at this time.

Camping:Camping is allowed on grounds for $10 per night but there are no formal services other than the port-o-john restrooms and access to one of two water stations.

Port o Johns:Available to all Exhibitors

Parking:Parking is available in designated areas

Set Ups:Set ups can begin after 4:00 PM on Thursday, May 17. All setups can stay there the entire weekend. Please be aware there will be no security. Please do not leave any valuables overnight. Please be sure to clean your area before you leave.

This hotel is pet friendly and will give our club a discounted rate on the rooms. Room with 1 bed (queen or

king) will be $59 plus tax and a room with 2 queens will be $69 plus tax as long as they mention the

Australian Shepherd Club of AZ.

Poor sportsmanship will NOT be tolerated. If anyone exhibits poor sportsmanship (i.e., yells at, curses at, harasses, etc.) any volunteer or competitor, he/she will forfeit their entries for the rest of the show weekend, and will be asked to immediately leave the show grounds.

PLEASE HELP KEEP OUR HOST FACILITY CLEAN BY PICKING UP AFTER YOUR DOGS.

From Phoenix/Tucson:

Travel North on I-17, exit at Cortes Junction toward Prescott on Highway 69. Turn Right on Highway 169 andright into Mortimer Family Farms. Turn Left after passing the nursery and follow the signs or map to the property.

From California:

Take I-10 east toward Phoenix. Take 101 (North) to I-17 (North). Take I-17 North on I-17, exit at Cortes Junction towardPrescott on Highway 69. Turn Right on Highway 169 and right into Mortimer Family Farms. Turn Left after passing thenursery and follow the signs or map to the property.

Facility location: Go around the Mortimer Nursery Building, go between the dirt piles and follow theroad. At the 1stfork stay right and at the second form go left.
