GUIDELINES FOR COMPLETING THIS PRO-FORMA

ALL CANDIDATES ARE TO:

  • complete all sections in this pro-forma for all minor and major recordings contained on their CD.
  • adhere to the WORD COUNT outlined in the AUD Level 3 (AUD315110) Guidelines. Candidates who exceed the word count limitwill be penalised.

  1. FLOOR PLAN/SIGNAL PATH (Audio Recording)

Examiners expect to see a clear, top-down diagram of where musicians and equipment were placed within the recording studios. This should provide a clear understanding of positioning for eye-contact, signal bleed and how appropriate your setup is for the style of recording.

This section assesses CRITERION 4: Demonstrates knowledge of the audio requirements of musical styles and specific audio products
