Attorneys Theresa M. Miller-Sporrer and Victor S. Kustra

Join Law Offices of Weiss Burkardt Kramer LLC as Associates

PITTSBURGH, December 11, 2017 – The Law Firm of Weiss Burkardt Kramer (WBK) has announced the addition of two attorneys to its education and municipal practice areas. Litigation attorneys Theresa M. Miller-Sporrer and Victor S. Kustra have joined the firm as associates.

Attorney Theresa M. Miller-Sporrer

Theresa M. Miller-Sporrer’s practice will focus on general solicitor work with a focus on Labor and Employment law. She joins WBK following five years’ experience in complex and multi-district litigation before the state, federal and appellate courts in numerous Pennsylvania counties as well as the Western District of Pennsylvania and Superior Court. She was formerly Assistant District Attorney in Crawford County.

Attorney Miller-Sporrer received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where she was editor-in-chief of the Pittsburgh Journal of Environmental and Public Health Law. She received a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Mercyhurst University.

Ms. Miller-Sporrer is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District’s Courts Western District of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and is a Allegheny County Bar Foundation Fellow.

Attorney Victor S. Kustra

Victor S. Kustra’s practice will focus on being a general solicitor for school districts. He is a recent graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Slippery Rock University. He served as a Law Clerk at Weiss Burkardt Kramer and as a judicial intern for the Pennsylvania Superior Court under the Hon. John L. Musmanno, and for the Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County under President Judge Dominick Motto.

Attorney Kustra is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Association of Municipal and School Solicitors.
