PRESIDENTS REPORT: Met with Fritzsinger about high school agreement and what we are doing around the rink for improvements and up keep.
Fritzsingermetioned that the improvements made have been noticed
Mick is planning on attending the next city council meeting
RINK MANAGER REPORT: Justin met with Les about our lot being plowed earlier in the day and trying to keep the wind rows to a minimum between the signs.
We need to replace both hot water heaters in Northwoods. Jay looked at them and one is shot and the other is not far off, so he suggested to replace both at this time.
Compressor fan was down in Pine Valley, has been replaced.
Working on edges in Pine Valley lack of cold weather is making things more difficult.
Working on a grant through Minnesota Power for more LED lighting in Northwoods over the walking track. Cost is 5,600 for lights and 1,000 for labor.
Would like to look into a grant to fund doing this over the rink also. Cost would be 36,000, current bulbs last approximately 3 years LED is about 20 and reduce monthly cost.
COACH AND PLAYER DEVELOPMENT REPORT:
GAMBLING REPORT: Al will be spending out an email to set date to turn in money for raffle tickets. Jason will call Moose Lake Implement to see if we can get four wheeler for display during the Peewee B and Bantam B tournament.
Next season get the raffle set up for registration and get tickets out sooner.

GOALIES: High school goalie coach Kershaw has mentioned he would work with our goalies on Sundays. Will look into having every other Sunday. Justin will sit down with him and do the schedule.
