Listed below are prices for asbestos training courses that have been approved by the Washington Department of Labor and Industries or the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Hazwoper courses will be presented in accordance with WAC 296-62 Part P

The Contractor will present courses listed below. This includes manuals, materials and State application fees. It does not include any late fees paid to the State for expired cards on refreshers.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

At the time of bid opening, the Contractor was required to have at least five years of experience providing Industrial Hygiene Services. The Contractor acknowledged at least five years of experience.

At time of bid opening, the Contractor declared not to have filed for and operating under federal bankruptcy protection.
