Atomic Structure Quiz Review
- Know all parts of the atom and where they are located on a diagram: Protons, Neutrons, Electrons, Nucleus, Energy Level
- Be able to answer questions based on a diagram like:
- How many electrons, neutron, and protons are there?
- How many positive charges, negative charges, and neutral charges?
- What is the overall charge of the atom?
- What is the overall charge of the nucleus?
- What is the atomic mass (neutrons + protons)?
- What atom does this represent? (Use periodic table)
- Make sure you know how to do the back side of Atomic Math #2
- Be able to identify Atomic Name, Atomic Symbol, Atomic Number, Atomic Weight, Atomic Mass, Number or Protons, Neutrons, Electrons and Energy Levels given a piece of the periodic table.
