Note that the reservation deadline for our group rates is 5PM on March 21, 2018. The preferred room rate of $199 per night is guaranteed for all reservation made prior to that date for Saturday through Tuesday, April 14-17. Rates will also apply 3 days prior and after the meeting based on availability.

The Destination Amenities fee (usually $20) has been waived by the Hotel for our group.

Our contract also includes:

Free overnight self-parking

Reduced overnight valet parking fee ($10/night)

Free wi-fi in all guest rooms and public areas

Reservations must be cancelled directly with the Hotel seventy-two hours (72) in advance to avoid a one night room and tax charge.
