athletic physical examinations
On Thursday, May 25, 2017, the Marion High School Athletic Department will be offering athletic physical examinations for those students who plan to participate in a school sports program during the 2017-2018 school year.
The physicals will be given at the Marion High School Wellness Center which is located in the HEC Building at the high school. These physicals will be offered to 2017-2018 high school sophomores, juniors and seniors. Newly entering freshman will not be eligible as they must have their shot record up-to-date by their family physician.
All students who desire to participate in the high school sports program must have a current physical on record. Physicals taken during this time will be valid for the entire school year. It is not mandatory to have this school sponsored physical. The sport physical may be given by your family physician.
There will be a $10.00 per student charge for the physical. Make checks payable to Marion High School.

To receive the school sponsored physical examination, it is necessary that each student have the front page of the physical form filled out and signed by his/her parent/guardian. Students may pre-register by turning in their form and paying in the athletic office prior to this date, otherwise form must be presented on the day of the examination along with the payment of the $10.00 fee.
