Section 1
League homepage and Team Administrator sign in.
As you can see above this is the homepage, on the right hand of the page you will see “sign in”, if you click on that link it will take you to the page below:
On this page you will be asked for your username and password, your details are given on the bottom of this guide. Enter your details in the boxes and click on login. Once you have done this you will be taken to this page:
This page you can do a number of things, firstly you will need to change your password, so you need to click on Settings on the top left of the screen.
Click on the password tab, enter your current password that I have given you, then below enter your new password and confirm below, now click on update then your ready to begin.
Click on “My Account Home” to take you back to the previous page. There you will see on the right hand side a button which says “League Admin”. Click on this and I will explain further in section 2.
Section 2
After clicking on the League Admin button you will see the following page:
Here you will see many different sections, all we are interested in for now is the “people wizard” button. Click on this and the following page is displayed:
Again a different menu can be seen. What we are going to do is register our players on our team, according to the sheets you will have given Brian. You can do this in 2 ways, either in bulk via a spreadsheet or individually on this page.
I will explain how to do it one by one as not everyone will have access to Excel. If you click on register player on the bottom right you are directed to this page:
Here you can input the details for each team player. If putting the mobile number please only do so with the permission of the player. After you have done this click on “Create”, this will then send a message through to the league administrator for us to approve, only players that are on your sheets will be approved.
Once all your players are entered and approved click on the people wizard button as per instructions above, then click on “Player” on the top left of the screen then your screen will look something like this:
Also on this page to the right hand side of each player you will see “Profile” if you click on this link you will be directed to the player profile page:
Here you can put in a little text about each individual player, “Title” is the players name, text can be anything but please avoid any bad language or profanity, its not what this section is for.
After you have done this you will also be given the option to upload a picture of the player, this may be compulsory in the future, but please ask the team members permission before uploading.
Just above title you will see the link to upload an image, click on this will lead you to a page where you can download your player image from your computer.
Click on choose file and this appears
Just go to where you have stored your image double click on the filename then click on open.
Finally click on upload, if your image is too big or needs formatting for the league, you will see this screen:
All you need to do here is crop the image, where you see the image top left corner you will see a disk, and crop button and 2 arrows, click on the crop button (2nd from left) like this:
You can now align the box, just left click and hold and move so that the players face is in the image like this:
Do not reduce the size of the image just click and move so the image looks correct. After doing this now click on the disk button and this will save the image. You will now be redirected to the player profile page and the image will appear there,
All that remains now is to click “update” at the bottom, then “finished” you will then see this screen:
Just click “back” to return to the list people page:
Once you have repeated this for all your players you have finished uploading your profiles. They can be seen on the website by opposing teams, this will help prevent non registered players from competing in the league.

Team Captains Stat Reporting Procedure.
This guide will explain how to input individual results for each match which in turn will produce a report on the website.
The text in results service is unaffected.
Part 1. Login to you team captains admin area as section 1 of the manual.
Then click on the league admin button to take you to your admin homepage.
It looks like this:
Your next step is to click on the Results/Stats button this will take you to the results page as per image below:
At this point if the results has not been preapproved you can enter it here i.e if concert beat greyhound 4-3 enter it here. Before doing that though you need to input the individual results. This is where the match cards come in. You need to click on “Game Score Entry” this will take you to this page
Now as you can see there are 7 games to input, the drop down boxes will have the players for each team so select according to the match cards, then simply put a check for who won the game like this:
Repeat this for all seven games and click on update, then click back to return to the Results entry page. You can now enter the result for the match here (if it has not already been approved by the league).
And that is how to enter the results for individual players.
