25th and 26th April 2012 during HANNOVER MESSE 2012. We confirm herewith our participation in the above-mentioned initiative and declare to be prepared to engage all the necessary efforts in order to promote to the best of our means this b2fair matchmaking event on a local / regional / national level.

O All participating companies pay their registration fee individually by “Online Payment”. Only companies that have paid the due inscription fee will receive their meeting schedules and will be accepted as a participant to the event.
O We, as local partner, will pay for our companies and will receive a global invoice before the event.
We also confirm herewith that we have taken note of the whole participation conditions as well as of the general b2fair terms / conditions and which we accept herewith as binding in all parts.
Furthermore, we also declare our willingness to co-operate with all the other official and associated partners involved in the above-mentioned event, to participate actively in all the envisaged activities and to share our professional experience and know-how if needed.
