After the welcome words from Diego Carcedo, President of the APE, and Miguel Angel Aguilar, Secretary General, begun the conference of Javier Solana, who explained in detail how it has reached the current situation and possible ways to resolve the situation. For the former High Representative for the PESC, the twenty-first century began with three events "happened in the summer of 2008: the Olympic Games in Beijing, the conflict between Russia and Georgia and the beginning of the economic crisis". Since then, the Brexit has led to the biggest crisis and, although always knew to expect the UK love to the European Union was a vain hope, yes that was unexpected news. Is part of the reason why the remain had candidate or a message; while his supporters have made a dramatic campaign opposites have made a happier under a clear slogan: "Let's regain our freedom"; they have managed to successfully lead anger with European elites.

would not miss it "has been a cheater referendum, with less than Montenegro legal guarantees". Cristina Manzano has warned next three ratings: general elections in Austria and the referenda in Hungary and Italy.

The XXVIII Seminar on Europe of the Association of European Journalists continued next morning at the Carlos de Amberes Foundation with a conference by Joaquin Almunia followed by a round table which intervened Petr Placák, writer, journalist and Czech historian; Fernando Vallespín, Professor of Political Science at the Autonomous University of Madrid and president of the CIS; Adam Michnik, editor of Gazeta Wyborcza (Poland) and Mira Milosevic-Juaristi, senior research associate at the Real Instituto Elcano exercising Ruben Amón, journalist of El País and, as moderator.

The fourth session had the title “The sequel Brexit and authoritarianism as pretension”. Fernando Vallespín began his speech noting the failure of the EU has not been established as a political order or politeia while policies are being carried out without alternative solutions. For the professor of Political Science this has just resisted an axis that is pitting against demarcacionistas integrationist disappearing and pluralism. We live, therefore, in a time where emotions have been put before the interests. Resulting in the idea of Almunia, he argues that Europeans have not been explained to them the benefits of integration. The debate continued with the reflections of Adam Michnik who explained his views about President Putin, naming him official impersonator Slobodan Milošević, by practicing both a dangerous mixture between communism and nationalism. According to the Polish veteran journalists, Russia has adopted a position of victim when not correspond at all. In between are countries like Poland, forced to choose between being part of Europe or be sucked into Russia. These theses have been defended by Mira Milosevic then-Juaristi who understands that the Russian initiative to defend its citizens abroad is part of a process reimperialización. Within that plan, no doubt the commitment of the Kremlin by an EU divided. Finally, Petr Placák thesis has deepened in clarifying that the real culprit of the current Russian foreign policy is its population, suffering from nostalgia from earlier times.
