ASG Office of Financial Affairs Proxy Board Member, Spring ’16 Semester

The ASG Office of Financial Affairs reviews and deliberates on budgets submitted by Registered Student Organizations through the ASG funding process. The committee allocates student fee money to student organizations to fund special events and programs, conference registration fees, and office supplies. After receiving your application, you will be contacted to schedule an interview. Incomplete or inaccurate applications will not be processed.

By signing this document I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. I hereby give my consent to the Office of Student Activities (OSA) and the Office of Academic Integrity and Student Conduct (OAISC) to examine my academic and disciplinary records for the purpose of verifying that I meet the requirements for participation in co-curricular activities (GPA of 2.25 and enrolled in at least 12 hours as an undergradate or 6 hours as a graduate student and not be on judicial or academic probation).
  1. I understand that if selected as a member of the ASG Office of Financial Affairs I will be responsible for all duties assigned to my position.
  1. I understand that as a committee member I will be required to serve up to 2 office hours per week, attend the weekly committee meeting (every Thursday at 5pm), and attend up to 2 RSO events a semester as an auditor. Failure to complete the above mentioned duties will result in my removal as a Board member.
  1. I understand that as an appointed member of the ASG Office of Financial Affairs, I am held to a higher standard and I will abide by the ASG Standard of Ethics (Outlined in the ASG Constitution, Article VII), the ASG Code and Constitution, the Code of Student Life, and the University’s Mission.
