Curriculum Overview

Freshman-Sophomore years Total of 60 credit hours

Areas A-E: General Education Core Curriculum 42 credit hours

Area F: Major-related Core Curriculum (USG guidelines) 18 credit hours

Graduation: Students must have an institutional GPA of 2.0 to graduate.

Residency Requirement: : A minimum of 21 semester hours in residency is required, 12 semester hours must be applied in Area F towards the AA or AS in Integrative Studies.

Courses designed for the AAS degrees do not apply towards the AA or AS in Integrative Studies which includes the following: OFFC, AVEL, AVMT, CAPL CITZ, CNET, DSGN, SUPR, ELEC, EMS, FSMD, MKMC, HDSK, & TECH. Other courses which do not count toward the associate’s degree: CCSU, PHED, LEARNING SUPPORT COURSES, REGENTS TESTING REMEDIATION COURSES, WLAB AND COURSES DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR OTHER MAJORS, SUCH AS INTERNSHIPS FOR OTHER MAJORS.
