Key Performance Area / Description
Rebate Calculation and Collection /
  • Ensure that the monthly debtors rebate calculation is correctly performed and rebate amounts are collected when due.
  • Ensure that the monthly rebate income calculation is correctly performed and accurately captured on Cashbuild’s general ledgers.
  • Accurately calculate the free-stock rebate on new stores, and ensure all amounts owed to Cashbuild are collected when due.
  • Checking the calculation of special supplier promotions and discounts and ensuring timely collection thereof.

Data Base Administration /
  • Checking that all new vendor data is accurately captured on the various ERP databases utilized by Cashbuild.
  • Performing regular “spot checks” to ensure the vendor data is accurately maintained in the various ERP databases utilized by Cashbuild.

Customer Service /
  • Provide rebate and vendor information to all internal and external stakeholders when requested.
