The purpose of this test sequence is to perform tests are required by NCR 618 disposition #4 on 9/27/2005.

The test conductor may perform a power off at any time during this process to accommodate working requirements such as end of shift or end of test.

10. / Install connector saver on port 4LB-A of the GASU.
20. / Install cable LAT-DS-2092 GLAT 2489Validated 09/01/05 Due 09/01/06. Mate only GASU end of cable at this time.
30. / Perform LAT-PS-07125 ACD Safe to Mate procedure GASU Side of the interface, Para. 5.3 inclusive, on the J17 end of the cable just mated to the GASU. Attach Data sheets
40. / Mate the J17 end of the cable to the connector saver on the ACD, port J17.
50. / Execute AcdHldCal for primary, all GARCs enabled.
Schema: AcdSchemaFullAcdPrimary.xml / Runid:
60. / Swap cables 4 (2RA) & 9 (4LB) at the GASU for both primary and redundant GASU.
1) Install connector savers on GASU side for each of the following ports
2RA-A
2RA-B
4LB-B
2) Swap the following cables, using proper ESD precautions.
[2RA-A with 4LB-A]
[2RA-B with 4LB-B]
70. / Execute AcdHldCal for redundant, all GARCs enabled.
