All National Federations, Representatives and Associations of the IFPa are kindly requested take clear notice of the following:

1. All Athletes must present the following documents to the registration committee on

22nd February 2011 at Tallinn, Estonia.

  1. Original passport of the athlete for scrutiny and return + two clear and legible certified photocopy of Passport for IPF records.
  2. Personal health declaration signed by a medical doctor stating that the athlete is physically fit to participate in the championship.
  3. Medical Health Insurance Policy for the athlete covering his/her participation in the World Koutroumpas Cup.

2. Each national delegation must bring and present to the organizing committee: 2 national flags and the audio tape and CD of their national anthem.

3. Each National Pankration Federation/Association is required to duly complete the enclosed athlete's entry form in ENGLISH, in capital letters and forward the same by email to the IFPa Secretariat onor before15thJanuary, 2011.

4. The rules of competition shall be as per the IFPa Rules of competition as modified by the General Assembly2009 and all national coaches must ensure that their athletes are be properly trained under these rules and must have full knowledge of these rules in order to be eligible to participate in the WorldKoutroumpas Cup.

5.All National Athletes must be attired in the official IFPaendyma (uniform)which comprises of a whitehitonio [top] white periskelida [pants] forlefkos athletes, ANDbluehitonio [top] - and blueperiskelida [pants] forkeanous athletesin the fabric material and design as approved by the IFPa.

6. All athletes must wear standard Pankration fighting Gloves as approved by the IFPa either in white color for (lefkos) or blue color for (keanous).

7. All athletes must wear standard IFPa approved Groin Guards.

8. All International Hellanodikis and Kritesmust be attired in red hitonio with the IFPa official logo and red periskelida.The Hellanodikis will carry his/herravdos (Stick) to the palestra. Referees will wear Blue wrist band on Right hand and white wrist band on left hand to clearly indicate Kianous and Lefkos scoring.

9.Athletes and Hellanodikes will NOT wear shoes on the Palestra, however the Side Krites are permitted to wear WHITE sports shoes whilst sitting in the designated corners of the Palestra.

10. Proponites will be attired their National PankrationTrack Suits and white sports shoes.

11. Any Participant found not complying with the Dress Code Regulation is liable to be removed from the Competition by the Tournament Committee.

12.ThefollowingHeads of IFPacommitteeswill officiate in the WorldKoutroumpas Cup:

Chairman, Tournament Committee:Mr. Moosa Bakhshaei, the IFPa Secretary General and has been accorded the rights as the Highest Authorized Chancellor of this event.

Chairman,Hellanodikon [Referee] Committee:Grand Master Suresh Gopi, the 1st Vice President IFPa.

13. All delegations must inform the IFPa Secretariatbefore 15th January2011 of their respective schedule of arrival at Estonia International Airport, so as to enable arrangements to be made to receive the delegation and take them to the hotel.

Pirita TOP SPA Hotel is a spa hotel, which offers a choice of health, beauty and wellness services and packages.The hotel is located right on the seaside, 10 minutes from downtown Tallinn, by the Pirita River mouth and close to the beautiful Pirita sea beach. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel (free of charge for hotel guests) and nearby is also the picturesque primeval valley of Pirita, where one can also find lighted running and skiing tracks.All hotel customers are free to use the 25-m swimming pool and relax at the Finnish or steam bath in Sport Center. All participants are kindly required to pay for their accommodation at the time of registration as soon as they arrive. The organizing committee will book all rooms for all participants as per their request on deadlines.

TRANSPORTATION:

National Teams travelling by plane to Tallinn airport or to railway station or sea port should arrive on or before 22nd of February, 2011 and inform the organizer of their schedule including arrival/departure times and flight numbers before 15th of January, 2011 by e-mail:

Transportation to and from the hotel to airport/station and from the hotel to Arena and back will bearranged by the organizer. Without the booking, no transportations are available from theorganizer; subsequently own means of transportation must be made. Groups arriving by other means must allproceed to the meeting point at the designated time and location set forth by the organizer.

AWARDS:

Gold,silver and bronze medals and certificates will be awarded to the respectivewinners in each event of eachcategory as proclaimed in this competition.(Two3rd Place Bronze medals will be awarded).

VISA:

Countries requiring a Visa to Estonia should contact the nearest Estonian Embassy. In the recent years, the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has become stricter as regards to issuing visas. The waiting period after applying for visa to Estonia will vary according to the countries concerned.
