The Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Los Angeles County (APABA) is pleased to announce its Bar Review Course Scholarship, generously sponsored by Kaplan Bar Review. The Kaplan Bar Review Complete Bar Review course is redeemable for any state, in any modality that Kaplan offers Bar Review courses. The value of the 2015 California Live Course is $4,285.00.

The APABA State Bar Review Course Scholarshipwill be awarded to one graduating 3L law student (Class of 2015) based on need, academic accomplishments, leadership potential, and commitment to making a contribution to the APIA community.

In order to apply for and be eligible for the APABA Bar Review Course Scholarship, potential applicants must be:

1)Enrolled as a third-year law student and in good standing at an ABA accredited law school during the 2014-2015 academic year;

2)Applicants must be a current APABA member;

3)Applicants must take the Kaplan Bar Review course after graduation from law school, during the summer of 2015;

4)Applicants must not already be enrolled in a Kaplan Bar Review course program;

5)All applicants must complete and return the Bar Review Course Scholarship Application Form in PDF format to .

All materials must be e-mailedby October 5, 2014 at 5:00 pm for consideration. The recipient of the State Bar Review Course Scholarship will be selected by the APABA Professional Development Committee, with the approval of the Board of Governors.
