Theamendmentwillalsoplaceadevelopmentcontrolonthelandbe-ingrezoned.ThiscontroliscalledaDevelopmentPlanOverlayandwillhelpco-ordinatethesubdivisionanddevelopmentofthelandforresidentialpurposes,includingguidingthelocationoffuturepublicopenspace,roadsanddrainagebasins.

AmodeldraftSection173Agreementtobeappliedtoallpropertiesisbeingex-hibitedwiththeAmendmenttoformalisedevelopercontributionarrangements,togetherwithaDraftSharedInfrastruc-tureFundingPlan.
