Ardha Chakrasana / Makes the spine flexible, stimulates spinal nerves, and promotes circulation of blood into head. Strengthens the neck muscles. Expands chest and shoulders. Improves breathing. / Persons with problems of Vertigo (Dizziness) have to avoid this. / Padahasthasana
Pada Hastasana / Makes the spine flexible, Strengthens thighs. Helps in preventing constipation and menstrual problems. Improves digestion & enhances blood flow to head. / People with Vertigo, severe degree of hypertension, cervical Spondylitis and disc prolapsed to avoid this / Ardhachakrasana
