As We Roll Into the Start of the Season, We Want to Make Sure You Have Access to Communications

As we roll into the start of the season, we want to make sure you have access to communications from your coach and the league. We are aware of an issue that most of you will find trying to use the SI Play Mobile App and want to help you fix this issue before we get into the season. Ultimately the App will be a great resource for coaches and families to stay in touch, viewschedules, and keep updated on rainouts. But to get there, we need your help to get your app to work.

After downloading the app from iTunes or the Google Play store, you will be asked to enter your email address. Use the email that we have on file (the address that received this email).

If the next screen says "we didn't find <email address> in our system then you will need to click the "Get Help" link at the bottom. If it works and you are asked to enter your password, then you are in good shape and don't need to get help.

Then, click the blue click here link at the bottom to contact customer support.

Lastly, enter in your help request. Keep it simple. "I need access to my West Seattle Baseball team in the App"

They have told me it won't take long to fix and that you should delete the mobile app and reinstall when you get notified of the fix.

From time-to-time, West Seattle Baseball may want to send Text Messages for important notices (e.g. cancellations, game schedule changes, etc.). To receive Text Messages, got to your mobile phone settings (click here)and "opt-in" applicable mobile phones by clicking on the "Enable Texting" link. Opting-in your phone merely indicates your willingness to receive text messages from West Seattle Baseball.

Please note that although West Seattle Baseball does not charge you for Text Messaging, it does not pay for text message charges that may be incurred by you for sending or receiving text messages. Check with your wireless carrier for possible charges.

Need to add a new phone number?Go toAccount Settingsand you can Add or Edit Adults, where you can add one or more phone numbers to each adult record.
