REGISTRATION INFORMATION & AGREEMENT Sessions fill up quickly due to small class sizes, so register early to avoid disappointment! Enrollment is limited. Applicants are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is complete only when full tuition is received. If a session is filled at the time you submit your registration request, you will be placed on a wait list and your payment will be returned to you. Refunds will be granted up to seven days before a session begins. A nonrefundable registration fee of $15 is included in the tuition. A student who withdraws during the week before a session will be granted a refund only if that space can be filled from the wait list. No refunds will be given once a session begins. If there is insufficient enrollment in any session, students will be notified and will receive a full refund. A $25 fee will be charged for receipt of a check with insufficient funds. There are no refunds or make-up classes for student absences. Supplies and Materials: Selected supplies are included in the Children's classes. We promote the safe use of materials for all ages and can furnish guidelines of acceptable uses in the studio. The use of toxic solvents and toxic adhesives are not allowed in classes.
Cancellations While every effort is made to adhere to the published schedule of a session, Artz 'N' Action reserves the right to cancel classes and change times. Students will be called if there is a change or cancellation. A make-up class will be offered in the event of such cancellation; we regret that no refunds are available. Gift Certificates!! Gift certificates may be applied to Artz ' N' Action goods or services. Gift certificates are a final sale and cannot be refunded or replaced. Please Note: Artz 'N' Action reserves the right to remove any disruptive student from a class and tuition paid will not be refunded. In the case of a minor, the parent or guardian will immediately be notified.
Liabilities: Artz 'N' Action makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, that classroom instruction will result in specific gain. We cannot be held responsible for any bodily injury or any loss, material or otherwise, incurred while following the instructor’s directions. We are not responsible for any property left on the premises.
