Art Inspired: CAEA

Place, People & Professionalism

Call for 2016 CAEA Conference Workshops

In the fall of 2016, CAEA will be holding three regional conferences. The theme, Art Inspired: CAEA Place, People & Professionalism, grows out of CAEA’s vision, mission and goals for the conferences. We are now taking submissions from members to share their knowledge, expertise and ideas in conference workshops!

Have you tried a new approach to the various standards, media, or technique that turned out better than you thought it would? Do you have a lesson that has worked particularly well with your students? Have you thought of a unique way of organizing materials or tools, or motivating students, or working with other departments and/or administrators? How are you working with parents or the community?

We encourage you to submit a workshop that brings the shared theme alive through your work as a 21st Century visual arts educator!
