EXHIBITOR APPLICATION FOR DIGITAL SUBMISSIONS
I have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions of participating in the upcoming Laguna Art-A-Fair. I release Art-A-Fair, Inc. and all it’s representatives of all liability and responsibility for damages including but not limited to loss suffered before, during and after the festival or as result of display of my work, equipment and materials. I understand that there are no refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather. I hereby certify, warrant and represent that the work I submit for exhibition and for sale at Art-A-Fair, Inc. is of my original creation. I have not violated any state or federal copyright laws, nor the privacy, ownership or other legal rights of any other person/entity in the creation of my work. For further clarification see CA Civil Code, Section 3344. I attest that I am not a professional artist representative and that the art presented is my own original artistic production.

Three digital images shall be submitted per medium (exception: 3-dimensional artists may submit 3 images per each sculpture). Email your images directly to , or send a CD to the address listed at the top of this page. Please identify each digital image with a number and other information:

Please be advised that digital entries, whether by CD or email, are not accepted as viable entries until the $45 jury fee (per medium) is received. No entries will be accepted after the stated deadline. Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope if you wish your CDs returned to you. Incomplete entries will not be juried and will be discarded if not accompanied by SASE.
