In just over six weeks the annual Coach Armstrong Memorial Golf Tournament is set to tee off for the TENTH year in a row onFriday, August 14, 2015 at the Snohomish Public Golf Course.
Mark your calendar and put the registration form in the mail today!

Our featured guest speaker will be our Snohomish High alumni, former college and NFL coach Keith Gilbertson, Jr. Once again the golf tournament will feature more prizes, raffles, and a lot offormer Armstrong players and Panther friends you may not have seen in years! It’s a lot of fun for a very meaningful local charity!

With your help, participants in the annual Armstrong Memorial Golf Tournament have helped raise more than $132,000 since the program was started in 2007. The goal has been to establish a perpetual memorial scholarship fund forlocal graduates in Coach Armstrong’s memory.Each year we award a $4,000.00 scholarship to a deserving male and female student athlete from both SHS and GPHS who most exemplify the qualities Coach Armstrong sought to instill in his players.

The tournament entry fee is $115but you can play and eat for only $100 if you PRE-PAY by August 1st. The entry form (enclosed) MUST be RECEIVED by Aug. 1stfor the discounted fee. We are thankful to watch our registered golfer numbers grow in recent years. Each year has been better than ever! Please get your entry forms in early to insure you are included in this important, local, charity event!

Once again, we are offering a tournament within the tournament, called the Rivals Division, for foursomes made up of three out of four golfers who either played football for Coach Armstrong or played against any of Armstrong's SHS teams from 1963-94. Rivals Division winners, determined by low net score, will be asked to sign a permanent trophy fashioned from a pony keg to be displayed each year at the tournament and offered for annual trophy sponsorship. Former Panthers and golfers from rival schools may be mixed in the same foursome, and Rivals Division winners will also contend for the overall tournament championship. Please note on the registration form if you wish to be included in Rivals play and be sure to note each player's handicap.
