Mission:
Our mission in the Employment Department is to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers with a focus on equality and respect while simultaneously providing meaningful employment referrals to attain self-sufficiency and to achieve the agency’s objective.
About us:
Project Bravo Employment Department conducts orientations on a weekly basis to introduce clients to the El Paso Job Market and Community support services. The Employment Department collaborates with several local businesses in the El Paso County which cooperate by giving our clients an interview opportunity for potential employment in different fields such as clerical, medical , educational, retail, customer service and even industrial.
Client Services:
Individual assistance is provided to help clients become “Job Ready”. These services include but are not limited to: resume building, online job search, interview skill building .Typing exams are also offered to identify the typing speed of the individuals who are applying for clerical work but are unaware of their speed and accuracy.
We also offer a 24 hour hot line that is updated weekly with the most current vacant positions. You may call (915) 217-1195
Business Services:
Project Bravo has been part of this community for over 45 years and as such is committed and dedicated to assist not only individuals but businesses to improve El Paso’s economy as a whole. Therefore, because we are nonprofit the services rendered through our department are free of charge.
We help our new and current participating businesses in finding the most qualified employees to fill their vacant positions.
