Some guidelines for answering questions:

Ø Answer each section by introducing the question ie. ‘The young Scot who inspires me is…’ or ‘(This person) really inspires me because…’
Ø Give us an explanation for your answers. If Irn-Bru is your favourite thing about growing up in Scotland, we want to know why!
Ø This is your chance to tell your story to the rest of Scotland, so don’t be afraid to be yourself!
Ø Your photo should be of just you, your head and shoulders, against a plain background
We really want to hear your story. Please answer the questions below, using 40-70 words per question.
Which young Scot inspires you and what makes them so inspiring?
(Which young people in Scotland (friends, famous people, people in the news) inspire you, and what is it they do that is so fantastic?)What is the best thing about growing up in Scotland and why is it important to you?
(This could be anything from the people to the education, to healthcare, to the city you live in. What makes you love growing up in Scotland and why?)What would you most like people from older generations to know about young people and why?
(If you could tell older generations one thing about young people and growing up, what would you want them to know, and why is it so important to you?)What is your biggest achievement to date? What made it such a big achievement?
(What are you most proud of? This could be anything from sporting achievements to academic ones, making new friends or overcoming a fear.)What would you most like to achieve in the future and why would it mean so much to you?
(What is your biggest aspiration- do you really want to visit somewhere special or follow a particular career path? Do you want to learn a new language or learn to play a new instrument?)What advice/message would you like to give young people in Scotland and why is it important to you?
(If you could tell other young people one thing, what would it be? It could be anything from advice you want to give others or something you have learnt that really meant something to you.)
