1.)Contractor shall comply with all requirements instructed by the Architect or Engineers on all previous field reports until such requirements are fulfilled.

2.)The Architect and or Engineers shall not be responsible for any items not addressed in previous field reports which may result in cost or damage.

3.)Contractor has stated that there were not items that needed immediate attention by the Architect or Engineers which could impact work or schedule.

4.)All work shall comply with that which is shown in the Contract Documents.
