Job Purpose

To generate funding to support the core activities of Kingstanding Regeneration Trust from trusts, charities and other funding bodies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

To develop an understanding of the ethos, aims and objectives Kingstanding Regeneration Trust

To undertake research into potential funding sources using all available resources and maintain a clear current database of all contacts.

To keep up to date with a variety of funding opportunities through trusts, charities, companies, Government and Local Authority initiatives.

To prepare and submit targeted, creative and innovative funding proposals to a professional standard and quality.

To ensure that all funders receive thorough and accurate reports on the activities they have funded according to their requirements.

To develop and maintain effective relationships with all existing, new and potential funders.

To provide regular written reports on progress.

To be responsible for the development and implementation of a long-term funding strategy including the sustainability of Kingstanding Regeneration Trust and its fundraising capabilities.

To attend team meetings and training day as required.

Terms and Conditions

Holiday entitlement is 25 days, plus Bank Holidays

All KRTstaff are employed on an initial probationary period of 6 months. During this period, notice of termination by either party will be one week.
