Only APT-distributed shows can be promoted
DOOR PRIZES:
o APT gives away door prizes to registered programmers at drawings held during the General Screening Sessions.
o If the door prize is larger than a “shoe box” or fragile, please do not send it; APT will provide you with the winner’s shipping information.
o Examples of recent door prizes include: all-inclusive vacations; hotel stays; iPods, high-end housewares and tools, gourmet gift baskets, a case of wine, limited-edition paintings, gift certificates to retail stores or restaurants, etc…

o Space is limited so to reserve a place for your door prize, fill out and return the reservation form NO LATER THAN Friday, October 6.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
o Please contact to coordinate shipping to APT Fall Marketplace.
o Window of delivery opportunity: Friday, November 3 – Monday, November 6
o Exhibitors or vendors who send items directly to the hotel to their own attention and paying their own fees will be charged at drayage rates of $50 first box, $25 each additional box. Pallets or crates $100 per 100lbs with a 200lb minimum charge. Heavy or oversized rates will apply. You will need to provide billing information to the hotel prior to receipt of your boxes. To avoid drayage fees, contact to coordinate shipping to APT Fall Marketplace.
