Cancellation reimbursement will be processed within 30 days of end of event. Cancellations received in writing via email at least: 1) 30 days prior to event = full refund minus $25 processing fee;

2) 15 days prior to event = 50% refund minus $25 processing fee; 3) 14 days or less prior to the event = zero refund.
