Reports: Jerry CDT: Meeting 6/23 will discuss field locations, sent out invitations to prior participating teams, Brad suggestion to update web page to 2013 for teams to be directed to CDT page.

Sebby: Comp tryoutsSebby is working with Jerry P. for girls assessors- Walter and Sebby for boys- Greg Divito interested in assisting club (possible boys assessor)- Brad to contact Dan (Post University goalie), Andrea to ask Fred to assist in girls comp tryouts.: Giving permission for specific male player permission to try out with girls because cannot make specific boys date, any other circumstances directed to Andrea or Sebby.

Challenger- Camp is advertised, a must for July agenda is to address if we will use Challenger as a paid coaching staff for fall, if yes how much are we willing to pay out.

Jerry P: Comp tryouts, can we form more teams committed to U10,U12,U14, can we make U9, U11, players will try out closet to age group (must be 7 by Aug 1 minimum age for U10 comp) Players will be placed on team according to age and skill both considered. The numbers will decide what teams to make according to age and skill.

Tournaments: nutmeg tournament registration deadline 6/24, nutmeg game dates7/22-27 Andrea sent email to coaches will resend.

Fall Season: 3rd Thursday 6/20 no favor in doing booth: idea of separate passes for each team including CT cup, no favor: Outstanding balances due from previous seasons, Julie Liza and Caroline notified players must pay outstanding balance to reregister: Rec teams to register 6/22 in person registration offered at Shetucket field by Caroline 6/11,

Jerry H. Motion- Coaches to evaluate rec players before draft to make teams each player labeled as A B or C to even out teams allowing Laura to order uniforms more efficientlyJerry H. to contact rec coaches for this evaluation.

Rec Draft 7/10

Uniforms: To get sized for new uniforms players must attend a comp tryout to be fitted uniform must be paid for on the spot! $8.95 charge late fee Laura will only check once a week payment not at tryout must be mailed, online or handed only to Laura not through coaches!

Budget: Laura set budget for year, details for executive board to review after meeting

Shetucket:net issue fixed, Laura to order two more white nets

New news: Jeff Ritch- currently E.O Smith goalie coach not needed Fred to step up to do goalie clinic for CWSA players, Andrea to contact both if Ritch is at no cost: Caroline shared new uniform image still looking into arm patch options.
