Thank you for your interest in Lancashire Mind and the role of Wellbeing Coach Lead. The role is under the direction of our Service Delivery Manager the Wellbeing Coach Lead will have overall oversight of development and delivery of Wellbeing Coaches working across a range of projects. Leading partnerships of external agencies and an internal team, the role will be the lead contact for the service delivery area, building on our proven track record.
