IT Technician.Job Ref No: CSTEC02 (Scale 3: £16,953 - £18,130). This is a full time permanent, full year post with a 12 month probationary period.

The postholder will be required to work as part of the team supporting the IT Manager in providing IT Support to both staff and students. Applicants must possess a high level of general IT literacy and display effective problem-solving skills to either resolve or escalate software, hardware and networking faults. Specialist knowledge must include a good understanding of computing within an Enterprise, including Windows and Linux operating systems as well as familiarity with various applications such asMicrosoft Office. The applicant must be competent working at height to service and maintain the college’s AV and wireless equipment.
