I understand the River Falls Piggleball event is not sanctioned by the USAPA. In addition, I have read the following rules and procedures that will govern how this competition will be conducted:

·  The match will end when one side reaches 11 points. The 2-point victory rule will NOT be enforced

·  The default ball of choice will be white (a yellow ball is an option if all four players request it)

·  Line calls will be made on the defensive side of the court. There will be no replay of point

·  The score of each match will be promptly reported and recorded at scorer’s table

I hereby understand that by registering with this form I acknowledge that this tournament, like all physical activities, involves an element of risk or damage for all participants and may cause serious injury, death, or property loss. I further recognize that the City of River Falls, and the River Falls Area Optimist Club , which allow use of facilities, do not provide hospital / medical insurance for the duration of the tournament . Therefore, I hereby release these organizations and their employees of any financial responsibility due to injuries and damages received during program participation.
