I am teaching Management, Organizational Development, Business Research methods, HRM, COmpensation Management and other HRM related subjects to Bachelors and Masters students. Along with teaching I am also supervising research of BBA, MBA and MS level students.
Other activities and experiences:
I am founder preseident of Human Resource Management Academic Research Society ( which aims to promote academic research in its all webs. This society is having more than 3500 members which are increasing every day. Under this socity I have established an international journal "International Journal of Academic Research in Business and Social Sciences". I am also serving as associate editor of the said journal and managing editor of "International Journal of Human Resource Studies."
