Who is eligible for General membership of a Division?

General membership is open to any member or subscriber of the Society who is not eligible for Division Full or In Training membership. If you are eligible for Full or In Training membership please download and complete the relevant form from www.bps.org.uk/joinmembernetworks.

The General (pre-Training) grade of the DCP is for those currently in a pre-training role (e.g. assistant psychologist, support worker, etc). Upon joining the Division at this grade, you will automatically be included in the Division’s Pre-Qualification Group - http://dcp-prequal.bps.org.uk

Why should I join Member Networks?

The Member networks are in place to further members’ professional and scientific interests. Benefits include receipt of specialised journals, discounts on registration for events, opportunities to participate in meetings, and much more. Belonging to a Member Network makes your Society membership more relevant to you and you can join as many as you like.
