If you are landing in Tenerife after 11pm the local supermarkets will be closed. We can provide a basic rations pack which consists of bottled water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits.

Beach Towels
Most airlines charge extra to take a 20kg suitcase. Many guests find it easier and cheaper to just take cabin baggage and to buy toiletries and other essentials on holiday. Fitting your beach towel in a small suitcase is almost impossible, so you can now hire beach towels from us for only £4 per towel and they will be in the apartment when you arrive. They are professionally laundered between each hire period.

Weprovide FREE wireless internet within the apartment. The television receiver also works from the router providing a wide range of UK and EU channels. If you have an iPad (or similar) you can stream the TV anywhere within the wi-fi range inside the apartment.

CONTRACT OF BOOKING: This page is for you to keep
Contract for you, the Guest:
- You are entering into a short-term rental contract with the owners Mr R and Mrs A O’Connor.
- A non-refundabledeposit of £50 per week is required to confirm a booking. If this is within 6 weeks of the start date then full payment must be made when booking.
3. The balance of the rental fee must be settled6 weeks prior to the rental commencing.
4. The rental fee is for accommodationand a maximum of six occupants (plus 1 infant in a cot).
5. Flights, meals, transfers and all other expenses are your own responsibility.
6. Cancellation can be made by email or letter and will be accepted as cancelled on the day we receive your communication.
- If you cancel with more than 6 weeks to go, you forfeit your deposit, no refund is due.
- If you cancel within 6 weeks and the dates are rebooked by another customer, the deposit will be kept and the remainder refunded to you, otherwise no refund can be given, but we will provide a letter to send to your holiday insurance company to assist with any claim you make.
Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance to avoid any financial loss and Scheduled Airline Failure (SAFI) if appropriate.
- The apartment should be left in a clean and tidy state on the final day of the rental.
Contract for the Owners:
- We will provide a 2 bedroom apartment as described on our website and in our literature for the period you have requested, electricity, air-conditioning and water are included in the fee.
- We provide FREE wireless internet within the apartment. The television receiver also works from the ADSL router providing a wide range of UK and EU channels.
- The apartment will be cleaned and ready for use from 4pm on your first day. Towels and bed linen can be changedmid stay for €10 per person payable locally to our cleaning company. An extra clean will be charged at €45. Please tell us before you travel if you wish to book either of these extra services.
- You can use the apartment on the final day until it is time to go to the Airport.
- The keys, maps and information pack will be sent to you in good time before your holiday.
- We will endeavour to advise and answer any questions you may have about your holiday.
- The complex has two swimming pools, if, due to maintenance requirements the poolsare unavailable during your stay we will try to obtain free use of a pool in a nearby complex.
- If you have to cancel your holiday, we will provide a refund based on the conditions set out above in points 6, 7 & 8.
- If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot accommodate you as promised, we will provide alternative and suitable accommodation nearby on Golf Del Sur at no extra cost to you.
- We provide 7 days a week support if there is a problem or breakdown within the Apartment.
Methods of payment
Payment can be made by cheque, internet banking or debit/credit card(Paypal).
Please do not send cash through the post. Make cheques payable to Mrs A O’Connor.
Bank payment can be in Pounds Sterling or Euro (by prior agreement on Euro exchange rate).
For internet banking, we will provide our account details on request.
For payment by debit/credit card we use PAYPAL(please note 3% surcharge applies for PayPal).
