a.Cash / Pay order / Demand draft in favor of “DHA Lahore Ballot 2016” will be deposited with any branch of Askari Bank Ltd.

b.All applicants will attach one passport size photograph and two photocopies of computerized National Identity Card / Overseas National Identity Card.

c.Acceptance of applications is subject to approval by DHA. The Authority may accept or reject any application without assigning any reason for all categories.

d.The plots have been offered in two categories as under:

(1)Category “A”: Standard Plots with regular dimensions which may have excess area and the offer price has been adjusted accordingly.

(2)Category “B”:Non Standard Plots may have irregular dimensions with some excess / short area. The offer price for this category has been adjusted accordingly

e.Successful applicants will be required to fulfill requirements of registration with DHA Lahore for each allotted plot.

f.The applicant shall faithfully comply with all relevant bye laws and regulations of allotment / purchase of immovable property in DHA.

g.An applicant can apply for any number of plots subject to payment of processing fee and down payment for each plot separately.

11.Last date for submission of applications in Banks / DHA Head Office (by hand or through courier) is 29 Feb 2016.

12.The allotment of plot to successful applicants will be subject to payment of 25% of total price to be paid within 30 days of ballot result announced on DHA Website failing which allotment shall be treated as cancelled and 50% of down payment will be forfeited.

13.List of plots along with offer prices are annexed to this application form.

14.Balance amount of plot is payable in 4 x quarterly installments (excluding already paid price) as per timelines mentioned on intimation letter:

15.5% discount will be offered on lump sum payment by successful applicants within 30 days of intimation letter date.

16.Payment Instructions:

a.Applications will be received by all branches of Askari Bank Ltd till 29 Feb 2016.

b.Amount required to be paid along with each application is as under:

a.Incomplete / Damaged forms will not be accepted.

b.Application forms without payment of specified amount will not be entertained.
