Steps for applicant to follow
This is an application for an Appeal of Progress Status.
You may refer to the University Policy on: Review and Appeal of Academic Decisions Relating to Studentsprior to lodging an application. Details of UWA’s practices regarding student information and privacy are as defined by policy.
Complete sections 1 &2 below and lodge theform with the allocated course advising Faculty Student Officewithin5 University working daysfrom notification of the outcome of the Stage 1 review. Note a review at Stage 1must precede a request for an Appeal.The form must be submitted by the relevant office to the Academic Secretary within the time period specified in the policy.
If the appeal is assessed to have no grounds you will be notified within 5 University working days of the Appeal being considered.
Should the appeal be progressed for a hearing by Appeals Committee this will occur within 25 University working days of receipt of Appeal and you will be informed of the outcome of the appeal within 10 University working days of the Appeal being considered by the Committee.
