The applicant shall indemnify, defend and hold Town Center Park Association, their directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives, harmless from and indemnified against any and all claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys, accountants and expert witness fees and costs) incurred by TCPA as the result of (i) a material breach by the applicant of any of its obligations under this Agreement, or (ii) any willful or negligent conduct of the applicant. Any communication or notice required or which may be given hereunder shall be addressed to TCPA at their addresses set forth previously in this agreement. Applicant agrees to read and abide by all event rules and regulations. Event participation is not guaranteed until committee approval of vendor and receipt of payment in full.
The Applicant acknowledges by their signature below that, KCTC, Inc., Town Center Park Association, and Kings Crossing Community Association are only a facilitator for this event and participation by Applicant is voluntary. As such, KCTC, Inc., Town Center Park Association and Kings Crossing Community Association shall not be liable to Applicant or to any of their employees, agents, patrons or invitees, or to any other person for any loss or damage to persons or property during the event and the Applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless, KCTC, Inc., Town Center Park Association, and Kings Crossing Community Association from all claims for any such damages

Mardi Gras 2008
Parade and Festival
SATURDAY FEBRUARY 2nd

The Mardi Gras Parade and Festival will be held on Saturday February 2nd, 2008 from 2pm – 9pm. Several “krewes” have already indicated their intention to participate along with local vendors of all types. In 2007 a large crowd attended to cheer on the colorful parade entrants and enjoy the food and music.

This is a great opportunity for local businesses to gain exposure to families in the Kingwood, Atascocita and Humble area. Held in a beautiful park setting, the event will include live music, arts and crafts and food and beverage booths. Platinum Sponsor - $ 1,500
All benefits of Gold Level Sponsor plus:
o Two Sponsor banners/signs displayed on event grounds. (sponsors responsible for providing their own banner/sign)
o Minimum of 3 mentions during event.
o Sponsor booth in prominent position
o Logo on front of program (where applicable)
o Large program ad (where applicable)
Gold Sponsor - $ 750
All benefits of Plus Level Sponsor plus:
o Graphic button or text link on the front of the event website (sponsor must provide graphic)
o Sponsor logos included on back of event T-Shirts
o One Sponsor banner or sign displayed on event grounds. (sponsors responsible for providing their own banners/signs)
o Minimum of 2 mentions during event

o Sponsor Name received prior to publication deadlines will be included in online and printed advertising
