Directions: This application for participation should be filled out by the company representative of any company wishing to have a booth, donate money and/or literature to the Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine's Annual Open House. Please return by April 1st, 2016.

Platinum Sponsor: Donation of $2000 or more.

New this year, Platinum sponsors will be featured on the back of all Vet School Open House volunteer T-shirts worn during the day of the event (~300+ shirts) and on the Open House flyer sent across the state prior to the event.
Platinum sponsors have the opportunity to host an educational booth with a company representative. Corporate booths are to be strictly educational in nature. Company product education, information, and distribution of materials are permitted, but we request that the companies do so in a manner that reflects the educational goals of Open House. Please see below.
The opportunity to choose which exhibit your company would like to sponsor. Company name and logo will be prominently displayed near the sponsored exhibit.
Company name and logo will be displayed at the Open House main entrance and listed on the Open House brochure given to every guest.
