‘Process and Systems Excellence’

The Process and Systems Excellence category is aimed at both clinical and non-clinical teams and individuals, who have identified sustainable solutions to deliver more effective and efficient ways of working in healthcare. These improvements can be large system improvements or localised process improvements. Applications for this award will be judged on both the outcome and the process.
