APPLICATION FOR RICL SHARES
To be elegible for RICL membership you must be a member of a VFF Commodity group, be a bulk user of gas which you use only for agricultural purposes, have a tankat least 1 tonne (2,000 Lt) in size which is accessible.
To be admitted as a member of the co-operative you must own a minimum of 10 shares, however you can purchase more.

N.B.Pursuant to Section 75 (1) of the Act, no rights of membership shall be exercised until the member has made such payments or acquired such share or interest as specified in the rules in that behalf.
Important Information:
Once your membership has been confirmed the Victorian Farmers Federation will inform our gas partner ELGAS and yourself. At this stage you can contact ELGAS to obtain a contract which utilises RICL pricing.
Once a month the VFF will contact you to advise you of the RICL pricing for that month.
Please note that ownership of RICL shares is attached to both the owner and the farm. If you move to a different farm you will need to purchase new RICL shares. Additionally the shares for your previous farm do not pass to the new owner of the farm. They will need to apply for RICL membership seperately.
