Instructions

We welcome fellow believers to apply for funding from Valley Brook Community Church in support of Kingdom causes. We ask all applicants to take the following steps in completing this application:

1)Thoroughly review the set of beliefs that Valley Brook has adopted. You must embrace these beliefs and attest that the mission for which you are requesting funding aligns with these beliefs. Visit our Web site, and click on the “About” section for details about our church, beliefs, and covenants.

2)Complete the following application form and return it to . You can also e-mail that address with any questions that arise in the process of completing the form.

3)Commit to providing an annual report on how you made use of the funds that Valley Brook provides your cause. The funding we provide missionaries comes from the Lord, so we take the provision of these resources extremely seriously. We look for high levels of accountability from anyone to whom we entrust these resources.
