Knowledge and Experience / First degree in biomedical, medical or veterinary science from an internationally recognised institution.
A PhD in physiology, pharmacology or a related discipline.
Experience of mechanistic in vitro cell/tissue biology and translation into disease models. / A

A/I / Experience of conducting research in pre-clinical models (e.g models of inflammation, metabolic dysfunction, fibrosis, myocardial infarction, neuromuscular dysfunction etc). / A/I
Teaching and Learning Support / Experience of teaching/tutoring/laboratory project supervision at undergraduate level.
Experience of teaching/supervision at postgraduate level (e.g. Masters/PhD students) / A/I
